Comment: Walde's կրճել KRČEL (also կրծել krcel and կռճտալ kṙčtal) 'to gnash/grind [also of teeth]' is clearly not the Swadesh term here, so I don't see how WA խածնել [χɑd͡znɛl] 'bite' has anything to do with the Slavic items. Putting this aside, the formal relationship of Old and Eastern Arm. կիծ- kic- to խած- xac- is (even if not unthinkable) simply not clear (cf. Martirosyan 2010:363).
